I’m an Aussie, now living in Valencia, Spain. And I’ve just started blogging again, after a year living as a kind of itinerant, while we moved from beautiful Amsterdam, to just a beautiful, in a different kind of way, Valencia.

I just I like to supply them with victuals. You can see where the slang term bottles came from, right?
Anyway, I like to feed and water? people 😉

I love making cocktails for friends, and also like to cook.

So I started this site while living in beautiful Amsterdam. It was there that I taught myself to make cocktails, primarily as a lockdown ‘something to do’ exercise. This kind of grew into a bit of a passion.
With the help of the internet, and some people I met via some sites, my repertoire has grown, and is still growing.
