From Difford’s Guide

We had some friends around for some drinks last night. I did 3 planned ones, and then a G & T as the finish up.
Firstly, we had a Sweet Tears of Mine. I’ve made this a while ago, and it’s a yummy drink. Sweetish, but balanced out by the rum.

45ml Cacao and Coffee Spiced Rum – I used Black Tears.
15ml Fino Sherry- I used a White Port this time
15ml Salted Caramel Sauce- homemade here
20ml Green Apple Juice, unsweetened and cloudy
20ml Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Double Old Fashioned (DOF) filled with ice.

Garnish
A few pieces of Caramel Popcorn.
