Tim posts some great recipes. And I don’t use Yellow Chartreuse nearly as much as I do the green. But that probably goes for most people.

This has Tequila in it, and here in downtown Amsterdam we have been slugging those agave spirits a bit of late. Be it Tequila, or Mezcal. I love them both. Reposado, I don’t use as much as the Blanco. Not for any specific reason. It’s just the way it is.

And! this also contains Elderflower, triple whammy.

So, as follows

60ml Reposado Tequila- Teremana @teremana
30ml Elderflower Liqueur-St. Germain
22.5ml Yellow Chartreuse
1dash Orange Bitters
Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds. Serve up in a chilled cocktail glass.
