Just an ad lib by me

When you are thinking of far away destinations and planning your winter escape. But wait! It’s still the middle of summer you say?

Today, I had to don jeans and a light jumper. That’s a sweater of sorts for the Americans amongst you.

Yep, what’s going on in downtown Amsterdam in July?

And we are already planning our winter escape. Spain, and Portugal, with a wander through France to get there, and back. Sounds idyllic doesn’t it?

Anyway, here is my recipe

• 60ml Tequila-Fortaleza used.
• 22.5ml Cointreau
• 15ml Chipotle Honey Syrup
• 15ml Lime Juice

Shaken with ice, strained over a large cube.

Garnish
Lava Salt and a dried Lime Wheel
