Fresh passion fruits, and not my usual mixer at all.

I really think vodka is only good for extending the shelf life of syrups, or making vanilla essence.

This time, I used vanilla in vodka in a whole new way (for me anyway).
And the prudent use of the Ancho Reyes in this recipe made it all the more desirable to me.
A Pornstar is traditionally served with a side of Cava, to cleanse the palate, between sips, apparently. This is left over Róse Prosecco, from Strawberry Aperol Spritzers the other night.

Ingredients
30ml Vanilla Vodka- mine was home blended
The pulp from 1 and a 1/2 Passionfruits
15ml Lime Juice
5ml Passos-I had Alize, that’ll do 😉
2 drops Saline Solution 5:1
15ml Ancho Reyes – for that added kick

Shake all ingredients with ice, and double strain into your sexiest coupe.

60ml of. Rut Champagne, or in my case Róse Prosecco

Garnish
Float your last half a passion fruit in your glass.

Pour your Champagne into a separate glass as your palate cleanser.
Like it needs cleansing, right?
