Mission + Market in Atlanta
I haven’t posted anything for a while, my friend and lover has been busy travelling for work. He’s been everywhere man. This month has been a busy, accruing air miles month for him 😉. He also did work.
This recipe sounded good, but lacked a bit in the flavour department. It looks great, much better than it photographed, but lacks any definite pizazz!
I bought the ube extract especially for this as well.
Ingredients
45ml Pisco- Cruz del Camino
15ml Mezcal-Banhez
15ml Ube Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
An Egg White -(or your preferred substitute)
Directions
Combine everything in your shaker, and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish
I didn’t, but it says Creole Bitters and Lavender Flowers.
