I saw Dan had posted this a few days ago. I think he knew it was my birthday that day 😉, and what a big fan of Mezcal I am. This sounded great. Someone asked him if it was coconut milk, out of a can. Mine comes in a box, like a fruit box thing.

It’s fresh, refreshingly so!

A friend of mine asked me to make them a drink for their birthday. I think this could well be it.

• 45ml Mezcal- I used Ilegal
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 22.5ml Green Chartreuse
• 10ml Velvet Falernum- Taylor’s used
• 15 ml Coconut Milk- straight from the box
