2nd up was a repeat from last night. This is such a ‘wow’ drink to serve. The colour is vibrant. The drink deceiving in its promise of sweet greenness.and it appears a popular choice from the comments I received back from last nights post.

45ml Tequila Blanco- I used El Cuervo
30ml Midori
22.5ml Suze

Stir all ingredients together with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass
