Another apple flavour cocktail, but much more subtle than the A Not So Simple, Gin & Tonic earlier in the evening. This is still a nice cocktail that is fun to make.

As per Smuggler’s Cove Created for Smuggler’s Cove by Jeff ‘Beachbum’ Berry 2009

• 22.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 7.5ml Cinnamon Syrup 7.5ml
• Demerara Syrup
• 15ml Calvados/ Apple Brandy
• 45ml black blended rum – I used RL Seale
• Shake in a shaker with cracked or cubed ice, double strain to a coupe.
