Three Dots and a Dash

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Again, from Smuggler’s Cove Created, it tells me, during WWII, by Donn Beach. It says Victory in Morse Code apparently. (Who am I to argue)

  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 15ml Honey Syrup
  • 7.5ml John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
  • 7.5ml Allspice Dram
  • 45ml Cane AOC Martinique- La Favorite Coeur Ambre
  • 15ml blended aged rum-Plantation 5yr Dash Angostura bitters.

Garnish – you get choices 😉 3 Maraschino Cherries and a pineapple chunk, speared on a pick.
Or 3 Maraschino Cherries on a pick and a pineapple frond.

Add all ingredients ( not the garnish, obviously) to your mixing tin, with crushed ice and 4-6 agitator cubes.
Flash blend (if you have one) or shake the shit out of it.
Open pour with a gated finish to a footed Pilsner glass ( I don’t have one of them either)
Add garnish.

The idea is the garnish represents the 3 dots and dash.
