Are you ready for a “nightcap”? Like a coffee candy after a nice meal, this would be a great night cap to finish the evening.

• 60ml light rum- Plantation 3 Star
• 30ml coffee liqueur- Mr Black
• 60ml Coconut Water
• 30ml Orgeat
• 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  
  Shake with ice cubes, strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a flower and fresh grated cinnamon
