Recipe from Cocktail and Sons Created by Chickologist Rachael Robbins, her take on the classic Tequila Sunrise. Combining the tropical deliciousness of pineapple, lime and my homemade Fassionola, with the delectable smokiness of Mezcal.
- 60ml Mezcal-Ilegal in my case
- 60ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 30ml Fassionola
In a wine glass, pour your Fassionola in first.
Top with an ice ball.
Combine juices and Mezcal in your shaker with ice, and shake until your canister is frosted.
Strain carefully over ice for the layered effect.
