Death & Co.

As their spiel goes, it gets its herbaceousness from the Green Chartreuse, giving it a grassy tarragon-like flavour- which draws out the Scotch’s vegetal side.

45ml Bowmore Legend Islay Scotch
(or 30ml blended Scotch & 15ml Laphroig 10yr. I used Monkey Shoulder and Laphroig)
7.5ml Chartreuse Green
22.5ml Lime Juice
22.5ml Simple Syrup 1:1
4 of your best mint leaves

Muddle mint with the simple. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a double old fashioned over a large ice cube.
