Recipe
45ml Bowmore Legend Islay Scotch

22.5ml Simple Syrup 1:1
4 of your best mint leaves
Muddle mint with the simple. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a double old fashioned over a large ice cube.

A mint sprig
