Mango Inferno

It’s really just a margarita variant with mango pulp and chilli infused tequila.
Prepping for summertime drinks!

I had made some chilli infused tequila a while ago, that came out quite punchy. So I split the base 2:1 Tequila to Chilli infused.

45ml Tequila- I used Jose Cuervo
20ml Triple Sec- Bols Dry Orange
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Mango Pulp- I bought frozen baggies, but use fresh for sure.

I shook with ice and dirty poured into my glass.

I used Tajine Spice
