Another interesting drink, me thinks. I saw this recipe featuring the Nectar de Brazil, and thought the flavours would wok well together. So I made the Nectar de Brazil especially for this drink. I had all the spices, and also had a chilli in the fridge, just begging to be creative, and add its spark, in something.
I tasted said nectar after I made it, and was immediately impressed with the blend of flavours. While the flavours were swimming around my mouth, another sensation joined them. That of the warming kick of said chilli joined them, and my mouth smiled in glee.
Now to the recipe.
60ml Cachaça
30ml Passionfruit Juice
22.5ml Mango Juice
22.5ml Lime juice
15ml Nectar de Brazil
Half fill your shaker with ice, add all ingredients, shake to chill. Then pour into your glass.
Garnish
I followed @cocktail.vision and decorated my glass with some cumin. (It’s one of my favourite spices) And then added a leaf, as they did.
An ambrosial delight would be an apt description, I think.
