Recipe Ramsey Musk, Accomplice, Los Angeles
45ml Mezcal-Dos Hombres used
15ml Strega (or Yellow Chartreuse) I used Strega
15ml Fino Sherry
15ml Chipotle Honey Syrup
22.5ml fresh Lemon Juice
6 Sage Leaves
1 dash Orange Bitters
4 drops 20% Saline Solution
Instructions (or destructions as I like to say)
Slap the sage leaves and tear them up, then put them in a shaker tin. Add the lemon juice and chipotle honey and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients along with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass.

Chipotle Honey Syrup Recipe
200ml Honey
100ml Water
50gm Chipotle in Abodo Sauce
20gm Fresh Sage Leaves
Destructions for this were:-
Strain out the chipotle peppers from the adobo sauce and combine all the ingredients in a pot. Break up the chipotle peppers. Heat for 10 minutes but do not boil. Strain.
I made a half measure of everything for this recipe. Seriously, I would never use 300ml + of this.
What I did, so as not to boil it, was put it all in a Pyrex jug, then put it in the oven for 15mins. (I can set my oven down to 50°c.) let it sit after for about 5mins, then strained it.
