I had saved this one a while ago, and it took me a while to get to. I don’t know how many of you save recipes for cocktails, and save so many, that you may never get through them all. Or like me, get lost with your record keeping abilities. I really need to get better at putting shit in boxes.

Rob told me he was going to need a personal assistant a while ago. I replied that I could do it, if it paid really well. He asked me if I knew Excel. My reply “isn’t that just putting shit in boxes”.

Anyway, on to the cocktail.

I had bought a small hip flask type bottle of Jäegermeister, knowing I would never use a litre of it anyway. I quite like it occasionally, and yes, I know it earned a bad name. But it is totally undeserved.
And this drink-yum.

45ml Jäegermeister
15ml Plantation OFTD
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Cream of Coconut
7.5ml Orgeat

Shake all ingredients with ice. I dirty poured over more ice into a mug I bought a long time ago, but thing I’ve only ever used once or twice.
