So nice….I’ve made this twice. 2nd time in a week making this cocktail but changed the presentation.

  • 22.5ml Cognac
  • 22.5ml aged Jamaican Rum- Appleton Signature
  • 22.5ml Mezcal
  • 15ml Pandan Syrup
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 45ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15ml Coconut Cream

    Flash blend with a spindle mixer, or shake with crushed ice.

    Garnish with pineapple fronds (again Pandan leaves for me) and orange rosettes.
