#8 brings us to, Eclipse #1. Yep, yet another Eclipse, this one from Difford’s again.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 black olive
- 5ml Grenadine
- 45ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin – I used my homemade Sloe Gin
- 22.5ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
METHOD
Drop olive into your Nick & Nora glass, and cover with grenadine. Stir sloe gin and gin with ice. Carefully strain over a spoon to layer over grenadine.
GARNISH
An orange zest twist, expressed over drink, then dropped into glass.
