INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Limoncello
- 30ml Fernet liqueur
- 30ml Coffee Liqueur
- 20ml lime juice
- 1 whole green olive
METHOD
add all ingredients (except olive) to your shaker and shake briefly with ice. This is short, to achieve controlled dilution.
Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora.
GARNISH
your green olive.
This drink was very disappointing. I used Mr Black, and did wonder if it would benefit better, had I used something sweeter, like Tia Maria.
The profile for this beverage wasn’t great. But it was also the tail end of some mighty fine recipes for the night.
