Up as 6th drink for the expedition, Lunar Eclipse.
Also from Simon Difford’s site. Another bevvie that involves infusing something beforehand. this drink was surprisingly yum. Some participants likened it to a Bloody Mary, but it was different as well. The tumeric adds a delightful earthy taste to this drink. The pairing of carrot and turmeric was great. It seemed an excessive amount of honey, but the finished taste wasn’t overly sweet, but delicately balanced.

As an update, yes, this was all for one evening. And yes, there were this many drinks. Some participants even then requested a follow up. Some asked for the Luna y Sol again, while others just wanted a glass of cava. While Stan the man went for a Mescalculation. A drink by Andy of Proofcocktails.nl– and I love his recipes as well.
