An asian take on a Margarita. Anything with tequila, and you can’t go wrong. The Dragon Fruit gives a nice colour, and I still recommend straining the seeds for a cleaner look, but the flavour of the fruit is still lacking. Unless you can get Dragon Fruits cheap at your local fruit shop, I’m not sure this makes a repeat visit anytime soon. Finding them in Amsterdam, we had to source from our local Chinese shop in Chinatown.
- 60ml Silver Tequila
- 22.5ml Triple Sec
- 1/2 a Red Dragon Fruit
- 15ml Orange Juice
- 30ml Lime Juice
- Whizz it up in a blender with ice and serve
