According to the forward of this recipe, pineapple, lime and cinnamon, have become the popular trio at D&C, spawning other drinks. I guess like a bad trinity in a spaghetti western 😊. ( as I’m humming that awesome hit from way back in 1968)

• 60ml Silver Tequila-1800 here
• 15ml Pineapple Juice
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Cinnamon Bark Syrup
• Garnish, a lime wheel

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
