It’s a kind of blizzardy day in Downtown Amsterdam right now, so much so, that the snow is even blowing through the vents into the atrium of our building. So it’s something reminiscent of a tropical kind of place, to ease the cold outside.

It’s a simple drink tonight, with a lot of alcohol to dull the world

• 60ml Hendricks Gin
• 45ml Lychee Liqueur-Bols
• Top with Bundaberg Pink Grapefruit Soda
• Garnish with a couple of lychee
