Not sure what to call it, but it’s quite good.
So I think that’s a good enough name anyway.

45ml gin (I used St George Terrior) I used Bombay
22.5ml lemon juice
7.5ml homemade allspice dram
7.5ml Benedictine
10ml rich simple
1 dash cardamom bitters

It’s come I’m foggy already, here in downtown Amsterdam. And it’s just gone 6pm. So the allspice dram/Gin combo was apt. Like a sailor meets an expat farmer kind of vibe.
The allspice I had made a while ago, and it was sitting there doing its thing, so time to break it out. This is my Allspice Dram #1. I made 2 different recipes, because I could! And what better to counteract lockdown than make shit. It’s about all I can do. Oh, and go for walks.
This drink is kind of funky, not your typical gin drink. Nor is it sweet.
But definitely worth a try
