Although mine didn’t come out quite as clean a green as theirs did.
The girls say it’s a Piña Colada with a twist.
And today, we even have a blue sky to accompany the drink. Windy as all shit, but hey, it’s blue and there’s sun. So I shouldn’t even be complaining.
45ml Mezcal Union- I used Ilegal
45ml Jose Cuervo Tequila Reposado- 1800 here
120ml Creamy Coconut Milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 ice cubes
1 handful Mint Leaves
Destroy all ingredients with a blender, food processor, or as I did, with a stick blender. Once smooth and creamy, pour it over some more ice. I actually strained mine first. There were lots of ‘bits’.
