It was blowing a gale today, fair dinkum! Time for a milky tea-looking cocktail to parch those dry lips.
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 45ml Coconut Cream
- 30ml Apricot Liqueur
- 30ml black blended rum- Goslings
- 30ml blended lightly aged- Appleton’s Signature
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and upturned brolly
- Shake all ingredients with crushed ice and 4-6 agitator cubes, ( or flash blend if you have one) and open pour.
