I guess most of us have had a staycation in the last year and a half nearly, now. But for us here in Europe, things are starting to open up again. And we are busy planning where to go next, what to see, asking for quirky/funky bar recommendations along the way.
So here’s cheers everyone, to the world, hopefully getting back to some kind of normal. It may be a new normal. But being humans, I don’t think much will change.
- 1 oz aged Demerara rum
- 1 oz Rye
- 1/2 oz apricot liqueur
- 1/2 oz passion syrup
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz lemon juice
Shake everything with ice, and pour, gated, over new ice.
I used mint leaves (because right now I have an abundance) and a dehydrated lemon wheel.
