This was the third and final show closer for the day. I’ve made this little delight before. It’s such a refreshingly delightful drink. Filled with the floral notes of the strawberries, and the taste, counterbalanced by the Campari and the rhubarb.
A perfect finish for a great day. It was a very productive weekend, all in all.
- 45ml Gin-I used The Botanist
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Strawberry and Rhubarb cordial
- 15ml dry Vermouth-Drapo
- 15ml Fresh Orange Juice
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, and shake. Strain over pebbled ice.
Garnish
With an orange wedge. However, I used a single strawberry today.
