Well, it’s definitely not summer here, in downtown Amsterdam, and there’s no dry January here in this house either.
But we can long for the balmy summer days again now the Solstice has been over us.
30ml Mezcal – Verde Monento used
30ml Lime Juice – I used super juice I played around making, for fun
22.5ml Campari – I used Campari 😉
15ml Orgeat – homemade here
2-3 dashes Maraschino-Luxardo
Shake it all with ice and strain into a pre chilled coupe.

Summer will be just around the corner, and I’m practicing some new ones I haven’t tried before.
