I was trying for a long drink tonight, as I’ve made lots lately in coupé type glassware. This is what happened.
Wow, just wow!
For a chartreuse forward drink, this is pretty amazing.
30ml Green Chartreuse
15ml Wray & Nephew OP Rum
30ml Pineapple Juice
22.5ml Coconut Cream-Coco Lopez used
1tsp Branca Mentaa
The minimalist instructions say
Shake, strain and rocks.
A friend or two of mint.
Rob describes it as kind of eggnog, nutmeg and egg notes. He says he is getting nutmeg notes with peppery cinnamon on his tongue.
But it’s delicious anyway.
