Leandro says it’s Monday. It is Monday and Easter Monday at that! But oh, what a miserable afternoon it’s turned into.
But this has one of my favourite things to mix with-Suze, as well as Tequila- bonus huh?
I’ve made this drink before, with slightly different specs this time, but the same tequila. My drinking partner only gives it a 3 out of 5. I quite like it. You would think it should be sweet, with the Midori, but you will be quite surprised. It’s got a bitter kick to it, despite its pretty look.
Recipe
40ml Blanco Tequila (it says 37.5, but I’m rounding up)-Jose Cuervo
30ml Midori
22.5ml Suze
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir until sufficiently chilled.
Strain into your selected glassware.
Garnish
Green Maraschino Cherry, if you have one.
