Aarghh me ‘hearties. Whats a pirate’s favourite letter?

Its not the R at all, its the C!

Today, it’s blackberries that are on the menu. I bought some today to make a dessert for friend’s coming for dinner tomorrow night. And some extra, because I knew I could find a recipe that had them. Which I did.

It goes

45ml London Dry Gin-Bombay Sapphire used
22.5ml Aquavit- Orkney Akvavit used
22.5ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Agave Syrup
4 Blackberries- big plump fat ones used.

Muddle the blackberries, then add the rest of your ingredients, and dry shake. That means no ice.
Strain into a chilled Rocks Glass filled with pebble ice. Or in my case, smashed block ice.
