Second on the menu tonight is this drink.
It’s a harder taste than the first, but showcases the Agricole so well.
- 60ml unaged Agricole – I used Clement
- 15ml Orgeat
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml Apricot Liqueur- I used a homemade one, recipe recommended Giffard’s
- 6-10 dashes Angostura Bitters
Build ingredients into a tall Collins glass. Fill with more ice, swizzle and swirl that baby. Add Angostura as a float.
