We had a friend pop around this evening, so decided on this drink, which features guava nectar as it’s primary flavour. It also has coconut rum as well (I’m never a huge fan of coconut rum, but the prime imbiber is).
It’s definitely fruity, and also the cocos there as well, but enjoyable anyway.
- 75ml Coconut Rum-I used Malibu, it’s what I have.
- 90ml guava nectar
- 45ml pineapple juice
- 7.5ml simple syrup
- 22.5ml lime juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker, and shake, then dirty pour into your desired glass.
I used a bee balm flower, but anything suitable is great.
