After a short break from cocktail making at home, here was something to accompany our Indian inspired dinner tonight. Pork with capsicum and potatoes.
A Glo Sour
Recipe from Liquid Intelligence by Dave Arnold
60ml Tumeric Gin
22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
3 drops Saline Solution (or a generous pinch of salt)
1-2 dashes of Orange Bitters
(I also added the white of an egg between 2 drinks.)
Combine all ingredients in your shaker. ( I dry shook first, then) add ice, shake (again) and strain into a coupe glass.
