It’s just about spring time in downtown Amsterdam, the blossoms are just starting to bud. I could possibly have gone searching so I could use a bud or 2 as a garnish for extra pizazz. But I didn’t.
This was last nights delight post seeing the Robin Nolan Trio at the Roode Bioscope on the Haarlemerplein just a couple of minutes walk away. A very enjoyable afternoon indeed.
40ml Bacardi Ocho Reserva- I used Flor de Cana Extra Seco
15ml Dover Sakura Liqueur
25ml Belsazar Rosé
3 dashes Cherry Bitters
Destructions are simple
Stir with ice then strain
